Successful use of Omikron's advanced technology

Omikron's software solution is able to find repeated entries and eliminate duplicates from your address files. We use a linguistic and mathematical algorithm called FACT^® combined with Omikron Phonetics. This makes it possible for us to guarantee an unusually high percentage of finds, both for personal as well as for corporate addresses.

The more intelligent similarity process

FACT^® includes so-called "fuzzy" similarity algorithms. This means that address records are not treated as simply "equal" or "unequal"; instead, FACT^® calculates a percentage agreement between the two.
Two very similar names may be identified as duplicates, even when the street addresses are completely different (as happens when people or companies move). If the house number and street name generally agree, then a larger variance may be tolerated in the company name.
Our methods are much superior over traditional match-code processes, even when allowing for phonetics.
