Sensibly limits address lists for mailings

Perhaps you are familiar with the problem: you have several mailing lists and would like to make a quick selection to produce a usable target set for a mailing.

For example:

A total of 131'646 addresses (from different sources) are to be processed for a mailing, as follows:

• 72'321 customers from your own database,
• 14'234 addresses from a company take-over,
• 44'604 leased addresses, and
• 487 manually researched addresses.

Since you have a limited amount of brochures, only 90.000 addresses may be used for the mailing. The following priorities are to be observed:

• Very important: your own customer data
• Very important: manually researched addresses
• Important: addresses from the take-over
• Less important: leased addresses
