Avoid repeated addresses before they are created

FACT allows you to catch potential duplicates as the data is entered into your customer management or sales system. The FACT module is integrated in your system. As data records are created, FACT immediately checks whether similar or identical addresses already exist. A mathematical, linguistic, and "fuzzy-logic" algorithm permits a lightning-fast comparison, and even recognizes complex similarities.

For example

A "Mr. Ullmann" is an existing customer, and calls to place a new order. Your employee in the call center notes the name as "Ohlmann". The standard database search can't find the name: of course not, because it does not exist in the system under that spelling!

The normal search fails, and Mr. "Ullmann" is entered (under "Ohlmann"), thus creating a repeated entry!

With FACT this would not have happened

FACT would have warned the call center employee that an "Ullmann" already exists in the database. It is then easy to determine that this data record belongs to the same customer.
